About 50% packed and coming to the conclusion that I am probably taking too much stuff.

About 80% packed and in full agreement that I am taking too much stuff. Rationalizing by telling myself I am supplying everyone else.

Off to Detroit and then to head across the Atlantic. @benwyrosdick seems to be relatively calm so far.

Eli continues his tour of doctors’ offices as I was informed that his brother closed his fingers in a closet door. To the pediatrician.

About time to board for Amsterdam…It will be Tuesday morning when we arrive.

Starting my morning in a coffee shop. Blend of the day is African-themed. I count this as a good sign.

Books for the looooong plane ride to Dar Es Salaam arrived today. Now, the job of packing starts.

•

Watched “Remember the Titans” tonight after @benwyrosdick’s glowing recommendation. Never had seen it before…good movie.
